SHE REFUND POLICY
 Refunds 
We accept refunds within 7 days of receiving your item.
To start a refund, please contact us at info@she-swimwear.com and include your order number and reason for refund. If your refund is accepted, we'll send you an email on how and where to return. Items sent back without requesting an refund will not be accepted. 

Items must be sent back in original condition otherwise the refund will not be accepted. Once your refund is processed please allow up to 15 days for the funds to be back in your account. 
(We currently do not do free returns.)
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size/item within 14 days of receiving your item.
To start a exchange, please contact us at info@she-swimwear.com and include your order number and reason for exchange. If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you an email on how and where to return. Items sent back without requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 
All eligible items must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges attempted outside of this 14 day deadline will be denied. 
Items must be unworn and unwashed and free of any smells and be free of any stains/markings e.g. fake tan/make-up. Items must have all tags, including any original hangtags attached.
The customer will receive one free exchange delivery per order, we suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as SHE will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us. 
Sale Items
We do not accept returns for sale items. Any final Sale items are none returnable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you've received the wrong order, we will then evaluate the issue and correct it.
SHE protects all rights to reject any items If we redeem your item to have been tampered with, caused damage or make unauthorised alterations to obtain a full refund.
